Belnet network under DDoS-attack

The Belnet network is currently under DDoS-attack, resulting in reduced connectivity for some Belnet customers. Our teams are working hard to mitigate the attacks and to restore connectivity. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Fiber cut between HASDIE and HASCEN

Due to a fiber cut between our POPs in Hasselt (HASDIE and HASCEN), some of our customers connected to these POPs have lost their connectivity or their redundancy to the Belnet network. Our teams are working with our providers to solve this as quickly as possible. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
