Fiber cut - Zaventem

Due to a fiber cut, some customers connected to Pop Zaventem have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are currently investigating. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Belnet network under DDoS-attack on 15/11 from 15:49 until 16:47

The Belnet network was under DDoS-attack on 15/11/2021 from 15:49 until 16:47, resulting in reduced connectivity for some Belnet customers. Our teams have mitigated the attacks and restored the connectivity. The impacted customers will soon receive a detailed incident report. Belnet customers who require more information can contact our Service Desk via 02 790 33 00. We apologise for any inconvenience this incident might have caused.
