Issues with our Service "Belnet DDoS Mitigation service"

This Tuesday, 29/09/2020, an incident occurred on the infrastructure hosting the Belnet DDoS Mitigation service, resulting in service instability for all protected customers. The instability occurred between 11h40 and 12h00. Belnet teams immediately reacted and managed to stabilize the situation. We are still investigating the causes of this incident. Network issue impacting some of our customers connected to BRUFIN

We are currently experiencing a technical issue on our network which can affect connectivity for some of our customers connected to BRUFIN (due to a FPC failure). Our teams are working hard to restore connectivity with our supplier. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
