Fiber cut Friday 5th August 2022 11:15:09

Due to a fiber cut, some of our customers connected between LEUHEV and BRUZAV have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are already working on it. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The fiber cut has been repaired.

Our supplier found the exact location of the damaged cable and expect to solve the incident around 8:00 PM.
