Issue in POP Kortrijk Wednesday 17th August 2022 07:04:30

Due to an issue in Pop Kortrijk, our customers connected to this Pop have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Everything is now back to normal. The issue was due to a power issue.

The issue is now resolved. Our teams are busy checking that all customer services are back up, and the situation is stable.
