Our Service Desk is currently not reachable via 02 790 33 00 (Belnet customers) and 02 790 33 93 (Fedman customers). Our team are working to solve this as quick as possible. You can reach them by mail at servicedesk@belnet.be. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our Servicedesk and NOC are fully reachable again for all of customers as of 17h00 CET onwards. The root cause is under investigation. We apologize for any possible impact this incident might have caused you. Lessons learnt and future improvements will be discussed internally and with our partner(s).
