Due to a fiber cut, some customers connected to the PoPs of Kortijk (KOR) and Gent (GNTSTE & GNTCEN) have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are investigating and trying to fix the fiber cut as quickly as possible. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
