We are currently experiencing issues with our services. Our teams are working hard to solve the matter as quickly as possible. This page will be updated as soon as we have more information. Due to this incident receiving emails from outside no longer works. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. Thank you for your patience.

Please note that after troubleshooting the issue a new action has been taken and the problem seems solved. We are now back in the situation as before the incident (no workaround anymore). Root cause analysis is still in progress. In case you are still experiencing issues please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00.
