Network issue impacting all customers: saturation on the Belnet network Thursday 22nd February 2024 11:29:58

We are currently (starting 22/02/2024 11:00) experiencing an incident on our network impacting all our customers. Our teams are working hard to improve connectivity. At the moment, the root cause of the incident is unknown. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The situation is now stabilized and traffic is flowing as normal again. We are finishing up with the vendor and start to prepare RCA's and Incident Reports

We were able to divert traffic away from the location of the issue, thus restoring connectivity for all Belnet customers as of 22/02/2024 11:38. We are still troubleshooting further the location where the issue is located but without impact on the Belnet customers
