During this evening's backbone upgrade, some of our customers connected to the POP Geel lost their connectivity this Thursday, May 23, 2024 between from 8:31 p.m. to 8:36 p.m. We suffered a fiber cut between Hascen and Geel's POP while the upgrade was already in progress. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
