The engineer has enabled full redundancy again on the Scienceman ring, after the successful replacement of the switch

The switch is being replaced.
Incident is resolved : the power is back at PORTEHALLE.
We are now waiting for our supplier to replace the switch at BRUEVE to resolve the redundancy issue.
