Network issue impacting some of our customers Tuesday 8th October 2024 14:50:00

Dear Customers, We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a major outage, which have been ongoing since 14:00. The root cause of the issue is not yet known, but their teams are working tirelessly to identify the fault and restore services as quickly as possible. FedWAN Customers are impacted. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are pleased to inform you that all services impacted by the recent major outage have now been fully restored. Our teams are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue to better understand what occurred and prevent future incidents.
