Dear customers,
Our Provider Telenet is currently experiencing a critical outage on his mobile network since 06:21am CET . This incident may impact the 4G/ZTE equipment that provides redundancy to the FEDWAN setup. Currently the issue is still under investigation and we have no further info yet. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00.
