We are currently experiencing a fiber cut between our ANTCEN and ANTWIL PoPs. Our teams are currently investigating the problem. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Engineers of our line provider are on route to the other location (ANTCEN) for fiber measurements

The field engineer is working on the patch panel in our datacenter. ETA of the field engineer: ARRIVED and working. No ETR at the moment.

A technician has been sent out to our data centre (ANTWIL) to perform additional tests. The field engineer has arrived at the data centre at 09.30h CET. No ETR at the moment.

Despite the changes made by the provider line, the problem seems to persist. We are continuing to work with the provider to find a solution as quickly as possible. We'll keep you informed of the outcome. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to the complexity of the works, the ETR has been pushed back to guarantee completed works. We'll get back to you once the final ETR has been confirmed.

The impact on the services has been confirmed as a result of a planned activity by the line provider, which we were not informed about in advance. We are actively coordinating with the line provider to ensure such occurrences are prevented in the future.
