Fiber cut Brueve-Muizen Wednesday 18th December 2024 11:57:00


Due to a fiber cut between Brueve and Muizen, our customers connected to ANTWIL have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are going on site. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear customers, full connectivity is restored. Feel free to contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00, if you are still experiencing an issue.

Our line provider still working and repairs are delayed. Due to the complexity, they are unable to reach the previous mentioned ETR. Unfortunately, they are unable to provide a new ETR at this time. They keep working as fast as they can. We'll keep you posted.

Our line supplier is still working on site. Some connections have come back. They expect to be finished in an hour. We'll keep you posted.

The Fiber cut has been identified in Mechelen. Repairs are now ongoing. ETR foreseen for 21h CET.

Full service and connectivity has been restored for ANTWIL by means of a newly created temporary path. Engineers of our line provider are on route for fiber measurements in order to prepare a permanent solution. If there would be still issues with your connectivity to ANTWIL, then Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
