Network issue impacting some of our customers Tuesday 11th March 2025 09:31:51

Due to an emergency change last evening we have experienced an incident on our network impacting some of our customers. The loss of connectivity was between 21:30 until 22:30. For questions Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologise for the inconvenience.

The investigation is still ongoing in close collaboration with our third party pending upon the root cause analysis. The incident report will be sent to the impacted customers in due time.
