Dear clients, we suspect a power outage in PoP Kortrijk, our customers connected to this POP have lost the connectivity to their services. Our teams are investigating the issue. Belnet customers can contact our Belnet Support at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue is resolved, the power is up again. We are sorry for the inconveniences it caused.

We are waiting for technicians to arrive on site to re-enable the electricity supply to the building. While power has been restored in the surrounding area, it is not yet active within the datacenter itself. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as full power is restored and services are back online.
