Due to a power outage in ANTCEN POP our customers connected to the POP have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are going on site to manage the equipment when the power will be restored. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Power to the UPS has been restored. UPS is working. All connections should now be ok.

The cause of the problem has been identified with a faulty UPS. The provider has been contacted and we are waiting for his intervention.
