Power outage in POP GEEL Wednesday 17th July 2019 16:31:00


Due to a power outage in our POP in GEEL, our customers connected to the POP have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are working on it and issue is under investigations. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The second router is also back on line. Both routers in POP GEEL are now up and full connectivity is restored for all customers. From Belnet side incident is now resolved. Please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 in case you should still experience some problems. We will provide you the root cause of the incident later on.

One of the routers of the POP is back on line. Belnet teams are working to have second POP router back on line and restore full connectivity. At this stage, only non redundant customers are still without connectivity.
