Power outage at PoP Mons Monday 16th September 2019 08:44:00


Due to a power outage in Mons area , our customers connected to PoP Mons have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The power has been restored in area and both routers in PoP Mons are now up. Full connectivity is restored for all customers. From Belnet side incident is now resolved. Please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 in case you should still experience any problems.

The powercut is due to a technical incident that occurred at the transformer station in Mons, which supplies the city. The incident is being analyzed, and according to initial findings, the service could be restored gradually from 9:30.
