Due to a fiber cut between BRUDIE and BRUSOU some of our customers connected to these POPS have connectivity problems to the Belnet network. Our teams are actually investigating. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The fiber is repaired and the impacted services are operational again. All alarms are cleared in our monitoring system and from Belnet side incident is now resolved. Please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 in case you should still experience any problems.

Fiber issue is actually clearly located and teams are working to repair it. ETR is actually fixed around 12:00

Line supplier teams are working on site to recover the line connectivity. We actually have no ETR.
