Our customers connected to PoP Namur have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are actually investigating the problem. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Power issue caused by the UPS maintenance is solved, all services are back to normal and UPS maintenance is completed. All alarms are cleared in our monitoring system and from Belnet side incident is now resolved. Please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 in case you should still experience any problems.

Cause of problem has been identified. An urgent UPS maintenance done by the PoP owner and foreseen without impact went wrong. The PoP owner is working to restore the situation and the services should be up shortly. We will keep you informed.
