Problem in PoP BRUEVE Friday 17th July 2020 12:20:00


Our customers connected to PoP BRUEVE have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network or are experiencing problem. Our teams are actually investigating. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Power supply has been successfully replaced . From Belnet side, incident is considered as resolved. if you have any question you can contact the Service Desk at 02 790 33 00.

An intervention is planned to replace one of the router power supplies to avoid any new possible incident. This intervention should take place as of 15:00 today and is foreseen without impact.

The root cause has been identified and the outage was caused by a problem with the power supply of the router. Belnet is checking what exactly went wrong to be sure the problem will not happen again. Please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 in case you should still experience any problems.

All services are back. Some Belnet customers connected to PoP BRUEVE experienced 5 minutes unavailability on their links to this PoP. Root cause is unidentified and Belnet Teams are continuing investigating. Please contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 in case you should still experience any problems.

PoP responsible are verifying for a possible electrical power issue in the Datacenter. Belnet teams are continuing investigating why one of the Belnet routers became unreachable
