Incident: FileSender Monday 17th August 2020 08:05:00


Belnet FileSender is currently unavailable. We are investigating the problem.

Service has been restored.

After having explored several options, we will do a rollback to an older infrastructure and we'll continue to investigate the issue on our new infrastructure once the service is back up.

FileSender is down for maintenance. We are actively working on it to restore the service asap.

Unfortunately replacing the (virtual) disk has not solved the issue. Filesender is currently offline again.

The disk containing the Filesender data is corrupt and we can't recover it.

The Service has now been restored, but the previous data is lost. So you will need to upload your files again. Previous download links will not work.
