We are currently experiencing a technical issue on our network which can affect connectivity for some of our customers connected to BRUFIN (due to a FPC failure). Our teams are working hard to restore connectivity with our supplier. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The card has been replaced, all impacted services are operational

Our supplier has analysed the received information, a field engineer will be sent to BRUFIN to swap the card

We sent all required information to our supplier, there is a high chance we need to swap the impacted card, the field engineer on duty has been informed.
