Fiber issue between BRUEVE and North Galaxy Monday 22nd March 2021 23:38:00

Due to a fiber issue, some of our customers connected to POP Brueve and North Galaxy have lost some of their services. Our teams are investigating this issue. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The situation is confirmed to be back to normal since noon.

This incident is due to a major outage of one of our fiber provider. We don't yet have any estimated time to repair (ETR).
