Fiber cut between Brueve and Bruzav Monday 19th April 2021 10:30:00


Due to a fiber cut, some customers connected to Brueve have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are going on site. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue was coming from a bad connector at the Data Center in Zaventem. The issue is resolved now but feel free to contact Service Desk at 02 790 33 00 if you still have a problem.

Our technicians are still busy. There is no ETR yet.

After fibers measurements and test between the POPs Bruzav and Brueve, a technician has to go to Zaventem to check the fiber in our POP Bruzav.

Our fiber supplier is still working on issue. No ETR available now.
