Due to a power outage in the Belnet PoP in Namur, several of our customers connected to this PoP have lost their connectivity to the Belnet network. Our teams are at the moment in contact with technicians on site and will continue working until the power will be restored.
At the moment one of two routers has lost both electrical circuits and is thus powered down. The other router still has an active power supply running. The optical node is also still powered by batteries. The power outage has been The current estimated time to repair is 09/07/2021 at 03h00 GMT+1. The first failures of the electrical circuit appeared in Belnet's monitoring system at 00h11.
