Incident: PoP connectivity Wednesday 4th August 2021 23:37:00

Due to change related activities in the Belnet PoP in Geel, customers connected to this PoP have lost their connectivity or redundancy to the Belnet network. Our teams are at the moment in contact with technicians on site and will continue working until the connectivity will be fully restored.

The connectivity is fully restored.

The connectivity of the PoP in Geel has been restored. The maintenance is still ongoing. Our teams are working with our providers to solve this as quickly as possible. Belnet customers can contact our Service Desk at 02 790 33 00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
